Shipping and Handling

Regular shipping for canadian and USA orders
are by UPS and XpressPost .
Most orders from the USA are shipped from our depot in New York
by UPS .
Normally, when we have stock of an item, orders will be shipped
within 2-5 days.
When backorders occur, we will contact you of this.
The client is responsible for any customs and
brokerage fees, and local sales taxes, if applicable.
All sales are final. In the event of a defective
items, customer pays for shipping the product to and from us. If
your DVB card shows poor results with a 3rd party software, this
is not covered in the warranty. Items must be returned with all
packaging material and accessories intact.
Only credits will be issued for defective merchandise
or returns of another nature.
Returns for other reasons are subject to our
approval first. If we accept a to upgrade a fully functioning card,
you will charged a 20% restocking fee, and you will be responsible
for all shipping charges.
VisionPlus and Nexus cards have a 1-year warranty
from date of purchase. For defective items, we usually simply replace
it.
Confirmation of your order is sent to you on
the day it is shipped, accompanied with a tracking number.
